It’s not another task to add to your list - it’s a space that makes the rest of Room Refresh feel a little lighter. A place where momentum builds. Where motivation sticks around. Where you can show up as you are, without pressure.

And it’s packed with one of the most effective tools for follow-through: body doubling.

Research shows that body doubling - working in the presence of others - helps you start and finish tasks that might otherwise feel hard to tackle. It’s a technique often used for ADHD, but I see it work for everyone who joins.

In the community, you’ll find:

• Daily encouragement and check-ins from me (yes, I’m in there every day)

• Monthly live Q&A's where I answer your questions and help you move through the month’s space

• Body doubling support - you’ll get videos of me working through the space alongside you, so you can press play and work through the space right along with me in real time

• A supportive space to share wins, ask for advice, and stay accountable (in a way that feels good, not stressful)

Important to know:
The Room Refresh Community is private and only available to Room Refresh members. It’s not a public group - it’s an exclusive space for those working through the program.

If you want an extra layer of support as you move through your home, the community is here for you. You’re welcome to use it as much or as little as you like - but when you do, it often becomes one of the most valuable parts of the entire experience.
